We handle all guest communications in a friendly, informative and professional manner. Each guest is contacted as soon as they book and we keep in regular contact as their booking approaches.

Monthly Property Checks

As a minimum, we visit your property monthly and ensure that it is clean, tidy & up to date with all laws and regulations. If there are any maintenance issues we’ll promptly report them to you and will work with you to get them fixed.

From ensuring the house is fire regulation compliant, to perfecting the ‘guest ready’ presentation of the home; there’s lots to think of and lots of boxes to tick. As we move through the process we’ll take care of photography, create online listings (AirBNB/Booking.com), write the Welcome Book. We’ll get the whole admin workload under control and working like clockwork.

About Us

In the holiday let market we realised that there was a real need for local, knowledgeable property managers to take care of the home like their own. It’s one thing listing on Airbnb and outsourcing the cleaning, but having ‘boots on the ground’ is the key to successful short term let business.

We put our heart and soul into our refurbs & wanted them well looked after, so we guessed that other owners would feel the same. Key Retreats became our new destination and we have been building our portfolio of managed properties since 2021.
